Problem: We needed an automated solution for categorizing comments in Telegram chat using machine learning technologies. The system should classify comments into positive, negative, complaints, and also include a constructor for correct registration and processing of requests.
Solution: We have developed and implemented a neural network for automatic classification of comments by tonality (positive, neutral, negative) and detection of complaints. The solution includes a Telegram bot for collecting and processing comments, as well as a system for automatically blocking negative comments and transferring complaints to work. A user authorization function in the chat via the bot was also implemented.
Outcome: The implementation of the solution made it possible to effectively automate the processing of comments, reduce the number of negative messages and speed up the processing of complaints.
Data anonymization for safe training of neural networks
Problem: Depersonalize data transmitted for training neural networks by removing personal data but preserving its value for training.
Solution: We developed and implemented a solution for automatic data anonymization while maintaining its usefulness for training neural networks. All personal data, such as names, addresses, and contact information, were removed, but the data retained its structure and context, which are important for training models. The solution was integrated into the existing infrastructure for data transfer between companies, which ensured the protection of confidential information without compromising the quality of neural network training.
Outcome: The implementation of data anonymization allowed us to securely transfer data for training, ensuring the protection of personal information and maintaining high accuracy of the models.
Automation of collection and text processing of product reviews.
Problem: To automate the collection and processing of product reviews on Ozon
Solution: We have developed a system for parsing product cards, which automatically collects key data (product name, article, rating, reviews, etc.). Then, with the help of a Telegram bot, reviews undergo text processing through a neural network, which helps improve the structure of the text and make it more informative. The user uploads a file with reviews, and the bot processes them and returns an updated file.
Outcome: Automation of the process reduced the data processing time and improved its quality for further use.
