What is ReText.AI?
ReText.AI is a platform that provides a set of tools for working with text.
It helps paraphrase, summarize, and expand texts, correct grammatical and stylistic errors, check texts for AI-generated content, and also offers interactive communication with AI through chat as well as a convenient text editor.
What features are available in ReText.AI?
ReText.AI offers the following features:
  • Paraphrasing — changing the phrasing of text while preserving its meaning to create unique content.
  • Summarization — reducing text to key ideas and main points.
  • Extension — increasing the volume of text by adding details, examples, and explanations.
  • Grammatic — correcting grammatical, punctuation, and stylistic errors with explanations.
  • AI Detector — checking text for signs of AI generation.
  • Neurochat — an interactive chat with AI for discussing ideas, receiving advice, and assistance in writing text.
  • Writer — a text editor for creating texts that contains most of our tools in one place.
Payment and Subscription
How do I purchase Premium?
You need to click the "Pricing" option in the top menu, select the subscription duration, and click the "Subscribe" button.
How do I cancel my subscription/auto-renewal?
To cancel your subscription/auto-renewal, click on your avatar in the top right corner of the page, select "Account" from the dropdown, and click "Cancel Subscription".
How do I change my subscription plan?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your subscription plan. You can request a refund through the form and then purchase the plan that suits you.
How can I find my payment receipt in my email?
If you need to find your subscription payment receipt, follow these steps:
  • Open your email inbox and use the search function.
  • Enter one of the following terms in the search box: "ReText.AI receipt", "Yandex OFD", "Cash register receipt".
  • Check both the "Inbox" and "Spam" folders.
  • Ensure you are using the account with which you subscribed.
  • If the receipt is not found, contact support.
Why is my subscription not showing after login?
Most likely, you have logged in with a different email. Check the email that received the subscription confirmation or receipt, and try logging in with that email.
How do I change the email associated with my account?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the email in your account. If you have an active subscription, contact support to transfer it to another account (auto-renewal will be disabled). If you need a new email, register a new account.
I can’t log into my account. What should I do?
  • Ensure you are using the same email address you subscribed with.
  • If you log in via Google or Yandex, make sure you select the correct account.
  • If you log in with your email, check that you received an email with the authorization code.
  • If the code does not arrive, check your "Spam" folder, wait a few minutes, and try requesting the code again.
  • If the issue remains unresolved, contact support.
Refunds and Charges
I received a refund, but charges are still being deducted?
This means that you may have an active subscription registered with a different email address.
  • Check the email where payment receipts were sent.
  • If the issue persists, contact support.
When will I receive my refund after canceling my subscription?
After requesting a refund, you will receive an email at the address you used to request it. The email will confirm the refund if your case meets the conditions.
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days.
  • If more time has passed, check your card statement.
  • If the funds have not been received, contact support.
